    Jowhara AlSaud (b. 1978) Holds a BA in Film Theory from Wellesley College and an MFA in Fine Arts from The School of The Museum of Fine Arts/ Tufts University. AlSaud was runner-up for the 2008 Aperture Foundation Portfolio Prize, Magenta Foundation’s Flash Forward 2010: Emerging Photographers finalist and The International Photography Awards 2010 finalist. She has exhibited her work internationally in both group and solo shows, most recently at the Victoria & Albert Museum, London. The Institute du Monde Arabe, Paris. Cuadro Gallery, Dubai. Contemporary Art Platform, Kuwait. Foley Gallery, New York and Edge of Arabia, Jeddah. She has also exhibited at international art fairs in Miami, New York, Chicago, Palm Beach, Paris, Mexico, Rotterdam, Dubai and Art Basel, Switzerland. Her work is part of the collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, The Greenbox Museum, Amsterdam, Almansouriya Foundation, Jeddah as well as many private collections across Europe, the US and the Middle East.
